Fun fact about me: My father was a pressman, and got me a job working in the shop as a book binder. I spent many summers collating, cutting, folding and binding the pages of books. I kept one of every order we filled, regardless of the subject matter.

Something felt good about reading a book that was only hours off the press, with the glue still drying in the spine. Reading the printed words and turning the pages long before the actual author got to touch the finished product.

I still have a copy of every book I made.
