Just ordered a B.A.D. lever for my AR*. Can’t wait 3-5 business days until it gets here. I’m not one to run a lot of equipment on my weapons, because I’m of the “lighter is better” philosophy.
Also, the more shit you have, the more you risk breaking something or getting snagged. But this simple, lightweight addition is something I 100% recommend.
*EDIT:
I was so entrenched in a “scary assault rifle” forum debate this morning that I actually had a brain fart and called my AR one. Whoops. haha
Fear No Punk
I would never advocate disarming a shotgun unless it was a last resort. It’s always easier to just give them your wallet and phone. Your life isn’t worth a few bucks and a text message. Actions like this should be saved for when you have no moves left. Nobody needs to die trying to be a hero.
HOWEVER…
GOD DAMN LOOK AT THAT SWIFT DISARM SON!

How about you say what you really mean? Open your eyes and stop using children as an excuse to support unconstitutional legislation. Here are three more serious, yet completely preventable causes that you can get behind if you really want to save children.

Will someone who believes that I don’t need a gun to defend myself please go to this city and show my how much better it is to be unarmed? And also tell them where they can turn in their guns now that you’ve made them illegal?

I did the math for you…
In 2012, the FBI estimated that there are 110,000,000 rifles owned by law-abiding American citizens. - source
In 2012, the FBI released that there were 358 cases of murder where the primary weapon used was a rifle. - source
358/110,000,000 = 0.00032
That’s ZERO (point) ZERO ZERO ZERO THREE TWO.
Thirty-two hundred thousandths of the rifles in the US were actually used as scary killing machines. That’s less than half of a ten-hundredth of them. Do you know how comically small that is?
We went inna woods with my Type 53 last week. Probably the last time I’ll run and gun with her before the giveaway ends. It was bittersweet.
As much as I ignored her once I got my 91/30, I’ll still miss her. Hope whoever wins her has good hands.
